Announcing the Guide Room!

Heyo all! So if you haven’t already seen, vSide has a made a Guide Office for when the Guides wanna escape from nOObs and/or newbies, whichever you prefer.. Hit the jump as you read the review on the Guide Office, and as we celebrate our finest Producer of the site (and the only one xD) Cdymlr!

Thanks for hitting the jump yoh! Glad you want to read our posts Anyhoozle, as stated before, the Guide Office is now open! As you may not know, the esteemed designer of this rad pad is none other than our Producer for the site, Mr. Cody Miller (cdymlr in vSide, DUH). So basically the Guide Office is, and I will quote the Jicmiester on this, ”It will be open to anyone and everyone starting immediately, and is intended to serve as a place for vSiders to come chat with GUIDEs. So come on in to ” Guide’s” apartment in LGA to check it out!” And unquote! But don’t fret my pretties, there will still be Guides stationed all through vSide! Which of course, is good for the newbies!

So as you all may know, the staff ‘Guide‘ doesn’t add everyone.. and say your to lazy to go ALLL THE WAY TO LGA, THEN ALL THE WAY TO THE TOWERS, THE ALLLL THE WAY TO THE Guide OFFICE, Then just go to the ‘Guide‘ profile by clicking here. Then, if he is ON, click on the Teleport to button! And you will get to him, even if you don’t have him added! Unfortunately, this method doesn’t work.. I tried it.. So I went to MY apartment, which is a crummy Dot Grill, and teleported to my friend _Joe_ who was located at Z’s rad pad, then to the guides apt!

Many things are in store for the high-grade shindig! Right now, so the nOObs can learn how the client works, Cdymlr and/or John are throwing together a playlist of Guide how-to-do’s and whatnot. Isn’t that just fantastic? Now, I will attempt to get in vSide, and stay in vSide long enough to get a good review for you viewers! So here goes!

My review: So the method of going to the Guides profile, and teleporting to him doesn’t work unless he is added on your friend list! So you have to either go to your apt, or go to LGA and then to the directory, or go to a friend who is in an LGA Apt. or even the Guide Office! So upon your approach of the Guide Office, you will probably find Guide sitting on the floor somewhere, as I did. You will also see a amount of desks, and couches and all of that good stuff! Well those desks are reserved for Guides and there are couches were Guides probably sit to chill with other users, so that’s good. Also, if you go to the right into that doorless bedroom, you will find a gallery of perfectly lined up pictures of Guides and even some Staff too! Sadly, I crashed as I was screenshotting it.. so I cannot supply you a picture. Although you can go to the Guide Office and see for yourself! Anyways, before my crashing of the Side, I headed upstairs and saw the TV room, and it was showing Tutorial videos! How cool is that? Instead of a Guide person typing you what to do, they can just point out to go upstairs and watch the tutorials! SWEET! I wish it was this easy when I joined! After that I went to the room, without checking the upstairs rooftop, but oh well!

So basically, overall, the Guide tower is a magnificent place for the newbies and/or nOObs. Seriously, this was a FANTASTIC idea! When I first joined, we didn’t have these kind of things, and all of this greatness! (Although everything was quite simple then too!) Regardless of that, this is an awesome place! My review and GPA from a scale of 1-10, is 99,999. Holy crap, It’s off the scale! wOOt! You get 4 thumbs up! (mine and charlies, DUH!)

Hey guys! Fixed the teleport problem.

Ok, so if you had guide added as a friend before, all you need to do is cancel your friend request and add him again. Because he now has celeb status, he will automatically add you.
